Are you looking for a yummy sweet treat that is healthy, too? Here you go!
- 1/2 cup Greek vanilla yogurt
- 1 Tbsp. peanut butter (I use creamy, my husband prefers crunchy.)
- 1 scoop of your favorite protein (I use 1st Phorm, and Milk Chocolate in this.)
- 1 small graham cracker crust
Stir the ingredients together. I topped with a sliced strawberry and some powdered sugar.
The macros for this are as follows: 429 calories, 40 protein, 32 carbs and 16 fat.
You can always play around with the ingredients too. Feel free to add in chia seeds, or walnuts, or actually mix fruit into the yogurt. Have fun with this! Tag me on Instagram if you try this! (@taking.kara.myself)
